The majority of my time in Prague was spent eating duck, goulash, and other hardy tradition food along with an endless selection of amazing beer but I was very excited to make the pilgrimage to such a great dining experience. Not only was each course delicious and surprising, the meal seemed liked an endless parade of flavor bomb after flavor bomb (11 courses), each better than the last. Chef Oldřich Sahajdák is a true artist presenting an inspired collection of modern French style courses based on the deep tradition of Czech cuisine.
Sadly now that I’m looking the menu that was given does not match the meal except for the first course. Descriptions unavailable.
